New ticketing system in place.

Dear clients,
Due to the recent number of support requests we have written a new ticketing system for the clients area. From now on please do not send emails but login to the clients area and open a new ticket. This way you can be sure that it will be resolved in the shortest time possible. If you have a support issue which is still unresolved and you have sent an email please open a new ticket since some of the emails have been delivered to the SPAM box and not answered.
